No cable but it's very powerful and can easily be pulled with one finger and has the response close to a hydraulic.

he got mugged off then. why would you buy a bike for 600, ride it 3 times, and then sell it for 350 less then you paid for it. that is over 115 per ride not including the cost of the brake.
